This action is a diagram which Cristofori thought in 1700s.


In fact, Cristofori thought a cembalo which can make a weak sound and strong sound. Also, In 1700s, many musicians wanted to play hammered cembalo with eight-foot pitch like to original cembalo.



Thus, hammered harpsichord was thought in 1700s
