Haydn 's Masterpiece-Emporor's Hymn,from String Quartet in C.

 



This music is emperor quartet in C major, No. 62, Op 76.

Haydn wrote this sheet ,and made for Emperor Francis 2, which later became the national anthem of Austria Hungary. 

The nickname "Emperor" is made because a set of variations on "Gott erhalte Franz den Kaiser ; God save Emperor Francis is in the second movement in G major, poco adagio; cantabile.
